Exercise Studio and Holistic Therapy Centre, Hayden Farm, Hayden Lane,
Studio One is located just on the outskirts of Nettlebed in the
heart of the English countryside surrounded by outstanding views. It is peaceful, warm and beautifully decorated, creating
the perfect ambience for your visit. There is plenty of free parking available. Sarah Palmer, Studio Proprietor and Pilates Instructor has been in the fitness industry for 20 years. Sarah started teaching Pilates in 2001 and began working in various halls and clubs. She soon became fed up with teaching in cold, often neglected rooms which were not conducive to the environment Pilates or Yoga required. Eventually, a suitable building was found in the idyllic setting of the Hayden Farm estate and after extensive refurbishment, Sarah created a spacious exercise studio for Pilates and Yoga, together with two treatment rooms. The main exercise studio is carpeted and fully equipped for Pilates and Yoga courses. We offer a wide range of mind/body classes with professional and highly qualified instructors. Spaces are limited to 6 – 12 clients to maintain high standards of teaching and ensure personal requirements can be achieved. The Studio's two private treatment rooms offer Aromatherapy Therapeutic Massage, Hot Stones Massage, Indian Head Massage, Reflexology, Reiki, Affinity Holistic Facials, Advanced Anti-Ageing Facials, Chemical Exfoliation, Organic Facials, Anti-Ageing Skin Enhancing Mineral Make-up, Eyebrow Shaping, Nails and Waxing. To obtain the best out of your Pilates or Yoga course and to receive the maximum benefits from the holistic and beauty treatments, the right venue, atmosphere, temperature of a room and quality of surroundings is paramount to enjoying your visit.
