Exercise Studio Timetable


The exercise studio is spacious, carpeted and fully equipped for Pilates, Yoga and Tai Chi courses. We offer a wide range of mind/body classes with professional and highly qualified instructors. Spaces are limited to 6 – 12 clients to maintain high standards of teaching and ensure personal requirements can be achieved.

 

Private Tuition in Pilates, Yoga and Tai Chi is also available via appointment.
