Exercise and Dance Studio to rent
Studio One was refurbished in 2007 to offer an amazing space for exercise and dance classes. This year, we have installed a wooden sprung floor to make it even more professional for exercise instructors looking to set up their own classes. The studio is mirrored, and fully equipped with mats, exercise equipment including Stability Balls, Weights etc, and stereo system. We are conveniently situated between Henley and Wallingford on the outskirts of Nettlebed surrounded by outstanding views.

The Studio offers a luxurious environment providing clients with a spacious Studio within a personal and friendly atmosphere. We pride ourselves on offering a high standard of teaching by professionals who are dedicated to their field.

The Studio is available to hire on an hourly basis. All instructors are in charge of their own administration, marketing etc., and will be responsible for their own client base. However, Studio One is able to offer the following support:

Marketing
Studio One advertises three times a year in places such as Henley Standard, Families Magazine, Health Henley etc. Editorials and pictures are submitted to support the adverts. All enquiries will be passed on to the relevant instructor.

Environment
You will be part of a small professional team of instructors and therapists, each bringing clients to the Studio who may be interested in your class. Noticeboard space is available to market your class information.
